Privacy Policy

AgentFlow is a New Zealand business that builds and runs done-for-you AI setups for small businesses. This policy explains what we do with the information you share through this website. In plain terms: we only use it to talk to you about the service, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you fill in the demo form on this site, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number and business type, if you give them
• Any message you write us
• Your IP address, kept briefly to stop spam and abuse of the form

That's all from the form. If you arrived from one of our ads and accepted cookies, we also measure that the ad worked — see Cookies and advertising below. We never build a profile of you, and we never sell your details.

Why we collect it, and what we do with it

We use it for one thing: to reply to your enquiry and discuss whether we're a good fit. We keep it only as long as we need to for that, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information or share it for marketing. We use a small number of trusted providers purely to run the service:

• Resend delivers your enquiry to our inbox as an email
• Turso is the secure database where the enquiry is stored
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tells us our ads are working, and only if you accepted cookies

They process this data on our behalf and under our instructions only.

Cookies and advertising

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To know which ads are worth paying for, we need to see that someone who clicked an ad went on to fill in the form. Two things do that:

• A tag on the link in our ads, so the enquiry you send us arrives labelled with the ad it came from. This involves no cookies and happens whether or not you accept them.
• The Meta Pixel, a small piece of Facebook code that records that a visit turned into an enquiry. This uses cookies, so it only loads if you press Accept on the cookie bar. Press Decline and it is never loaded at all.

We don't use cookies for anything else. No analytics suite, no session recording, and nothing that follows you around other sites beyond what Meta does with its own pixel. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the cookie bar back.

Your data, if you become a customer

This is core to how we work: when we build your setup, it runs inside your ownGoogle account. Your email stays your email, and your customer list is a spreadsheet you own. We operate it for you, but we don't keep a copy of your customers' data, and if you leave you keep the lot.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@agentflow.co.nzand we'll sort it.
