Terms of Service

These terms cover the service AgentFlowprovides. They're written to be readable. By using the service you agree to them.

What we do

We build and run a tailored AI setup for your business, handling things like email replies, quotes, bookings and your customer list. We set it up inside your own accounts and operate it for you. You decide what runs automatically and what you review first.

Fees and billing

There's a one-off setup fee to build your setup, and a monthly fee to run it, at the prices agreed with you. The monthly fee is billed each month in advance.

No lock-in

You can cancel any time. There's no fixed-term contract. When you leave, you keep everything: your spreadsheet, your history, all of it. Because it lives in your own Google account, there's nothing to export or ask us for. The setup fee already paid isn't refundable, as it covers work already done.

Your part

To keep it working well and safely, you agree to:

• Give us accurate prices and details, and keep your rate card up to date
• Review what it writes during the first two weeks (it drafts only until you turn auto-send on), and decide what it's allowed to send by itself
• Use the service for lawful business communication only

What to expect from the AI

The setup drafts messages and quotes to help you work faster, but it's a tool, not a replacement for your judgement. It only ever quotes prices you've given us, and anything it's unsure about comes to you rather than the customer. You're responsible for what goes out under your name once you've approved auto-send.

Liability

We take real care with your setup and its guardrails, but to the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
